About the Group:
A weekly group concentrating on basic yoga postures with emphasis on joints, flexibility and relaxation.

When and where?
The sessions take place on Tuesdays 9.30 - 10.30 and on Fridays at 2.30 - 3.30
in the John Frith Room at Westerham Church

Cost?
Cost to cover the hire of the hall approximately £2 per session
