Website photos policy

Most of the photographs on the website are taken by members and group contacts. If you do not wish to be featured in any of the photos on the website please try to ensure that you are not included in any group photos. If you do find that you are inadvertently featured in a photo on the website please request that it is removed by contacting [email protected], and this will be done without question.

The relevant statement in our Data Protection and Privacy Policy is:

‘Photographs / video on the website: To make our website as interesting and informative as possible, we include photographs taken by members which may include other members. Should any member object to a photograph being included on the website, please contact the website administrator and it will be removed immediately and without question.’
