Penshurst Estate

Nine walkers enjoyed a three mile walk around the Penshurst estate in July. Rain very quickly cleared and developed into a lovely sunny morning becoming quite hot after a steep climb up a hill. The views at the top looking over Penshurst Place and the surrounding countryside were worth it. We finished the walk with a very welcome cup of coffee in the Porcupine Cafe.
